Dr Alexandre Triguinho

Alex graduated from Portugal in 2011. After completing an internship in large animal veterinary medicine at the Univerisity of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and spending several months studying in the USA, UK and Belgium, he returned to Portugal to work as a senior clinician in the same university.

In 2017 he moved to the UK to work as a large animal practitioner in Greater Manchester before joining us in May 2019. He his passionate about all aspects of equine diagnostic imaging, whether related to lameness investigations or internal medicine work-ups.

Outside of work Alex enjoys traveling the world and exploring the outdoors while cycling or hiking.
