Meet the Receiptionists
Isabel is married with two daughters who are her world. Isabel loves to take long walks around Norfolk with her dogs, who are always a handful. She also enjoys to go cycling and has a real passion for baking.
NVQ Horse Care level 1 and 2
Emily gained her NVQ qualification in horse care studing at Easton and Otley College. After that, she worked for four years as a groom before joining Chapelfield Veterinary Partnership at our Equine Clinic. When Emily is not at work, she enjoys walking with her partner Matt and her two dogs, Fen and Rufus. She also enjoys eating out at the many great restaurants in Norfolk!

Kayleigh joined the team in 2018 as an equine nursing assistant after gaining her degree in Equine Science. At home she is kept busy with her own horsese and ponies and she enjoys eventing and competing.
Rosie Castle ANA
Nursing Assistant / Reception
Rosie joined the Practice in March 2017 and has recently achieved her Animal Nursing Assistant (ANA) qualification. She also holds a Level 3 National Award in Animal Management and has 10 years' experience of volunteering with the RSPCA, nursing both companion animals and wildlife. She is married with a grown-up son and has 2 rescued dogs, a Whippet X and a Staffie X; she enjoys taking them for long walks in her spare time.
Donna has worked for Chapelfield in Costessey for so long, she can't remember when she started (approx 25 years ago). She lives with her two dogs and an ex feral, rescued kitten.
Accounts / Reception
June has been at Chapelfield for nearly as long as Donna, she is responsible for the accounts and some reception cover. When not at work June makes and decorates cakes for weddings and special occasions. She lives with her husband and two cats.
Amanda Joined CVP in 2013. At home she has a very elderly cat that was originally a kitten rescued from the RSPCA at 10 weeks of age. She enjoys travelling, socialising and theatre going.
Receptionist, Pet Health Club Champion
I joined Aug 2017, I have 2 beautiful children and 2 gorgeous cats Florence and Alfie. I love animals, eating cake, drinking coffee, listening to music and pottering in the garden.
Receptionist / Administrator
Tracy moved to Norfolk in 2016 from Shropshire. She has over 6 years experience in working as a practice administrator for large animal vets. I am also a L-SQP. In her spare time, she enjoys frequent visits to Starbucks for a 'Skinny Caramel Macchiato' and walking her two Shar-peis "Loki and Macy."
After working in the retail industry, Linda joined us in 2003 on reception. Linda enjoys helping clients and their pets, in this very busy practice. Out of work she spends her free time walking her dog.
Sam joined the practice in October 2008. At home she has a springer spaniel called Jonah.
Elaine has worked at the vets as a receptionist for about 7 years. She has 3 daughters, 4 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 4 cats, so enjoys coming to work for a rest!
Dispensary & Small Animal Accounts
John joined the team in March 2016.
After 28yrs in Finance Julie joined us in 2013 and has found working within a Veterinary Practice to be an 'eye opener'. She loves the contact with all the animals and owners that reception work brings. Julie has three rescued cats. The most recent addition was a stray brought in to the surgery after being saved from being mauled by dogs.
Joint Head Receptionist
Paula joined our reception tem in March 2018.
Brogan started with the Practice in August 2012 as the evening receptionist. Her role includes typing up medical notes for Ian Jackson and other reception duties. Brogan studied at Easton College where she achieved a National Diploma in Animal Management in 2011. She has a Chihuahua and enjoys doing agility and training with her.
Molly joined the Reception team in October 2018.
