Donna has worked for Chapelfield in Costessey for so long, she can't remember when she started (approx 25 years ago). She lives with her two dogs and an ex feral, rescued kitten.
Receptionist / Administrator
Tracy moved to Norfolk in 2016 from Shropshire. She has over 6 years experience in working as a practice administrator for large animal vets. I am also a L-SQP. In her spare time, she enjoys frequent visits to Starbucks for a 'Skinny Caramel Macchiato' and walking her two Shar-peis "Loki and Macy."
Jayne joined the accounts department in 2002 and deals with the small animal accounts and insurance claims in this very busy office. Jayne has a large family but when she has some free time she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her Grandchildren.
Jayne joined the practice as an Admin Assistant in 2005 after a career as an Accounts Manager. After a brief break she returned to join the reception team and subsequently the very busy dispensary. Now Jayne has taken on the challenge of Practice Manager. Out of work, Jayne enjoys spending time with her two dogs; Rita and Betty. Jayne has qualified as an SQP.

In her spare time Linda attends singing and tap dancing classes and has been in a number of musical shows. She enjoys visiting new places on holiday and spending time with her Grandchildren. Linda has a much-loved lazy cat called Leo.
Michelle joined us in 2006. When not at work she enjoys cooking, being a nanny and swimming.
Jill has long service with Chapelfield for over twenty years. Jill is in charge of the sales ledger. In her spare time Jill enjoys retail therapy, eating out and lots of good holidays.
Emma became Practice Administrator in 2018, after working at CVP since 2010 on reception. She studied at Easton College achieving a Degree in Animal Science and Welfare. Most of her spare time is spent looking after her pet chickens and guinea pig and enjoys baking cakes for her colleagues.
Carey-Anne has worked for Chapelfield Surgery since July 2013. She is responsible for the daily banking and also covers reception/telephone at lunchtime. Outside of work, she enjoys walking as well as watching her two sons playing their various sports. She also enjoys sewing and knitting and travelling when time and money permits!
