Val always fancied being a doctors receptionist however, when she saw a vacancy advertised at Chapelfield she thought it would be the next best thing. Having worked at the branch since 2003, Val is now sure a vets waiting room is a far happier and more interesting place to be and she enjoys the contact with clients! Out of work, Val enjoys singing and is a choir member bringing entertainment to residential homes, church functions etc.
After 28yrs in Finance Julie joined us in 2013 and has found working within a Veterinary Practice to be an 'eye opener'. She loves the contact with all the animals and owners that reception work brings. Julie has three rescued cats. The most recent addition was a stray brought in to the surgery after being saved from being mauled by dogs.
June has been at Chapelfield for nearly as long as Donna, she is responsible for the accounts and some reception cover. When not at work June makes and decorates cakes for weddings and special occasions. She lives with her husband and two cats.
